at 10/26/2002 2:31:29 PM- Not a lot of pics. I wasn't able to hold the camera, due to my metallic talons. We just got pics of bloggers. Don, if your friends have pics, could you send them our way? Especially if there are shots of Matt and I together. We did not get one pic of the two of us together, grrr, that really bothers me. I wasn't thinking clearly. Ben, would you like me to email the pics to you?

at 10/26/2002 3:10:21 PM- Thanks Mae...you always have the brightest things to say, and sum up the shindigs so very well. I think that the entire crowd was eye-candy, some swanky guys and smokin' ladies. Thanks to everyone who came out. The house is clean already but the pictures I will have for everyone soon will let the night live on. WHAT AN EVENING!
And on a lost-and-found note, someone left a pair of black gloves in my downstairs bathroom. If you believe you may have lost a pair of gloves, please email me at don@itsmegatime.com
Cheers all!

at 10/28/2002 8:49:19 AM- Considering my decision to go to Don's party was extremely last minute (I was actually headed somewhere else) and considering that my last minute decisions are usually mistakes, I had a lovely time at Don's party.
Ko, I'm so glad you showed up after all. ;-)
A very funny thing happened after I left. I went to Gladstone's to meet up with the usual suspects and Fran, the child-waitress ran up to me, grabbed me and said, "Christy, I HAVE to talk to you." And then she went on to say, "I heard that you like to watch men with men. Ohmigod, so do I!" (Actually, her sentence was a little cruder, I cleaned it up). My eyes bugged out. I thought: "Didn't I just LEAVE this conversation???????" At first I thought it was part of some evil conspiracy to make me think I was going nuts, but it turned out to be just amazing coincidence.

For those who did not show, I can describe it like this- Don's has a LOT of friends. Every single one of them is good looking. It was eye candy central. Don has a large house that was the perfect setting for a Halloween party. Lots of food, LOTS of drink, great music, excellent company. THe costumes were also stunning. The Bloggers were, once again, a blast to hang out with. The highlight of my night was watching a drunken CybrZorro stumble, then steady himself, and fling back his cape in a defiant gesture. I couldn't fall asleep last night becuase that image kept popping into my head and making me laugh hysterically. Leesa is Judy Garland, I am convinced. I have never seen a more convincing Dorothy. And Chris as the Scarecrow, priceless, except he kept losing pieces of himself all over the room. I hope Don's bathroom isn't covered in pieces of hot pink synthetic hair from when I trimmed Angeline's wig so she could see. Bruce, the sandwiches were a huge hit and were all gone by 1am. Christy, the whip was the perfect costume, lol. Joe, you look damn good in velvet pants. Don looks like he should be a doctor in real life. Who am I forgetting? I am hung over, so forgive me. Oh yes, Ko. Ko, how did you learn to walk in high heels? And finally, me, my neck is all marked up from my cape, which was cutting in to my skin. It looks like we went home and acted out our costumes. I was so happy to get that utility belt, you have no idea. I miss my wig, a girl came up to me and said I have such great hair. A crazy and fun night, which saved Halloween for me. Thanks everyone!
