network issues
Both XO Communications (primary network provider) and AT&T (backup network provider) have been experiencing intermittent network problems that are affecting accessibility to the bloghorn weblogs today (February 17, 2003). Unfortunately, since both network providers are having network issues, there's not much we can do here but annoy both providers with support calls. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE: We were told today that the snow-storm that hit the midwest and northeast was to blame. The lines appear to be running optimally now.
